Resonances In Between

313아트프로젝트에서 열리는 3인전 《사이의 울림 (Resonances In Between)》에서 박기원·박선기·김혜련은 서로 다른 매체와 언어로 공간과 물질, 정적과 운동, 무게와 여백 사이에서 생성되는 미세한 떨림을 포착한다. 박기원은 바람·빛·빈 공간을 동등한 주체로 호출하는 장소 특정적 설치로 장소의 호흡을 드러내고, 박선기는 숯과 유리·아크릴 비즈를 부유시키며 중력과 간격이 만드는 지각적 긴장을 구성한다. 김혜련은 임진강과 DMZ, 고대의 풍경을 회화적 호흡으로 응축해 침묵의 울림을 화면에 번역한다. 전시는 ‘완성된 대상’보다 형성의 과정을 중시하며, 세 작가의 언어가 서로 간섭해 하나의 문장을 이루는 순간을 보여준다. 이때 공간은 재료가 되고 화면은 시간의 단면이 된다. 《사이의 울림》은 우리가 세계를 인지하는 방식을 조용하지만 분명하게 묻는 질문이자, 감각의 민감도를 회복하는 초대다.

At 313 Art Project, the three-person exhibition Resonances In Between brings together Park Kiwon, Bahk Seonghi, and Kim Heryun, who each register the subtle tremors that arise between space and matter, stillness and motion, weight and emptiness. Park Kiwon’s site-specific installations call wind, light, and void forth as equal agents, revealing the breath of place; Bahk Seonghi suspends charcoal and glass/acrylic beads to stage the perceptual tension produced by gravity and interval; Kim Heryun condenses the Imjin River, the DMZ, and archaic landscapes into a painterly respiration that translates silence onto the picture plane. Privileging formation over finished object, the exhibition shows moments when the artists’ languages interfere to form a single sentence—where space becomes material and the canvas becomes a cross-section of time. Resonances In Between quietly yet clearly questions how we perceive the world, and invites a renewal of sensory attentiveness.
